This beautiful cabinet manufactured by Grand Rapids Showcase Company features two barrister style bookshelves and 20 pull out drawers that all have the original glass faces. The Grand Rapids Showcase Company operated under that name from 1901 until 1926, which tells us that this piece was definitely produced in that timeframe.
There are 18 drawers measure 14" wide x 23" long x 4" deep. The barrister cabinet sections measure 14" tall, 48" wide and 24" deep. There are two larger wooden faced drawers on the base that measure 22" wide x 23" long x 11" deep.
The entire unit stands at 48 1/2" wide x 25" deep x 73" in height.
