15 Best Mother's Day Gift Ideas
Mother's Day is May 10th this year and that means we've all got a little over 2 weeks to find mom the perfect gift! If you're trying to think outside the box this year – here are some ideas that are sure to make mom happy.
If mom's a list-lover, she's bound to have fun with this new book! The reviews look great and it's super pretty too
Send a Beauty Box full of Surprises!
A beauty box makes a great gift because a) you can SHIP one right to mom and b) it's a surprise box she can open full of pampering beauty products. It's a fun thing to treat yourself to while you're at it…. here are 3 boxes we all highly recommend, listed by price:
- Target Beauty Box – $7 Shipped
- Allure Beauty Box – $10 Shipped (for the 1st one)
- FabFitFun Beauty Box – $39.99 (Limited-Time Offer – use code SPRINGLOVE to get $10 OFF the regular price!)
You can always send chocolate
At our house, my kids know they can pretty much never go wrong gifting me with chocolate. My two favorite chocolate delivery options are usually Edible Fruit Arrangements and Shari's Berries, but I also have to mention a new local chocolate option, Lohcally Artisan Chocolates (that just started shipping nationwide – I'm so excited!)
Lochally Artisan Chocolate was actually started by a good friend of mine, and her chocolate truffles are amazing. Prices start at just $7.49 + shipping, and are such a yummy way to support a mom-and-entrepreneur while sending your mom yummy treats too. Go HERE to order (I can't wait to try out her new Strawberry Shortcake Truffles)!
Another option I love is Shari's Berries, but they're a wee bit on the pricey side! Here's how to get the best price I could find:
- Get a $30 Voucher for Edible Fruit Bouquets for just $15 ~ this works towards the Shari's Berries, and the best way I see to save on this yummy treat. The berries will still cost $40-$50 after shipping, but might be the perfect gift if your mom loves chocolate and fruit.
Edible Arrangements are another great option for shipping to mom, but expect to spend between $50 and $100. But, if you don't have another great option for mom this can be a pretty sweet treat!
Mother's Day Photo Gift
Make an 11 x 14″ Photo Canvas that mom will love to display. Got a great Easter photo? Perfect! Right now at Easy Canvas you can get a FREE one and just pay Shipping!
This Kendra Scott Necklace
A very sweet friend gave me one as a gift last November, and I love it (I wear it all the time ~ it's actually this one!) I'd l never ever have bought it for myself but I just adore it!
I have used this Yeti mug for the last year and every time I pull it out of my cabinet it makes me happy.
Vera Bradley Duffel
A Vera Iconic Duffel will get used over and over – from weekends away, retreats, conferences and more!
My FAVORITE Wooden Measuring Spoons
I love my Utensi measuring spoons – they're just super handy and look really cute in my counter top canister! (By the way ~ be sure to use the code PPPSPOON to save an extra $2 on these ~ they really are so worth it!)
Kate Spade Tumbler
At only $18 and in several super cute patterns – this is a fun little addition to mom's trendy cup collection! It insulates everything from hot coffee to cold beverages.
Universal Thread Tote from Target
This Universal Thread Hayden tote is so similar to the $200 Madewell tote, and it's only $29.99! It's pretty and trendy and super practical too
Magazine Subscription
In a digital age, a pretty glossy magazine is so nice to pick up and read! (especially while soaking in a tub full of “Love You Mom Bath Soak“)
Pick a magazine with mom's favorite hobbies. I think Real Simple has a good mix of articles from self-care to gardening and recipes.
**You can actually a FREE Real Simple subscriptions if you sign up here and take a survey – that's how I got mine!
House Cleaning
Head to Amazon and order mom the gift of CLEAN! Schedule a housecleaning service, patio furniture assembly or handyman services – even have someone come and set up mom's smart devices
Just a classic classy gift that mom can use for years to come!
Stitch Fix
I love getting my Stitch Fix boxes each month – and if your mom could use a fashion update, this might be PERFECT for her! I love that Stitch Fix helps me feel pulled together and cute, with styles that fit me well, in colors I specify, and all without me leaving the house.
Send mom a Stitch Fix email giftcard here!
Massage or Mani/Pedi
Even if mom doesn't live nearby, you can buy her a gift certificate to get a massage, manicure, or pedicure. Groupon is my Go-To place to check for these. Find a little salon near mom and gift her some time to treat herself – all without leaving your house
What do you plan to get your mom this year? Share your idea with us in the comments!
